Some of our successes include:

• Turning around a company with less than $2 million in sales and annual losses exceeding $500K in 6 months. Results: 80% sales increase and $500K in profit generated.
• Off-site customized workshop for a Board of Directors that was not functioning well as a team. Results: Designed a new strategic focus, established a new vision and mission, outlined the new strategic plan and defined Board member roles and need for additional key members.
• Delivered internal alignment workshops for leading international company as well as workshops on creating innovation. Results: Firm established new Innovation Circles and realigned internal capabilities improving efficiencies and production.
• Assessed and developed strategic plan for high growth early stage company. Results: Immediate actions taken to secure additional growth funding and strategic plan adjusted to meet market needs and to take advantage of market opportunities.
• Created and delivered funding presentations for an international startup organization with breakthrough technologies. Result: Immediate funding achieved and substantial funding being negotiated.
• Increased company valuation by 2.5 times previous valuation through company assessment, designing new strategic plan, overseeing implementation of new plan, identifying critical leadership requirements and associated personnel needs, team meetings, and improved execution.
